Our last club meeting

Wednesday May 7th Summer Social

Rebecca Chambers

 "The Shopkeeper's Daughter" and

VE 80th Anniversary Supper

Rebecca gave a very interesting talk on her life and house plants,  sharing the very personal story behind the creation of her house plant business in St Neots. She gave us plenty of useful tips for the care of our plants and brought a lovely selection of plants with her.

This was followed by a supper celebrating the VE 80th anniversary and a fun raffle to finish off a lovey evening.

Workshops

Saturday March 29th
The Offords Village Hall

Tim Meakin created a beautiful"bouquet" of flowers with us at this workshop.  As always he put so much effort in to making sure we all went home with a lovely display.

Couldn't resist putting the extra photo of my display in from Mothering Sunday ...
as the lilies opened they were so big a bit of rearranging was needed but they looked so lovely!!
